Scetion 2 Acceptance Criteria in Cosmetic Aspects
2.0 Perform a VISUAL CHECK
Styles, colors, printings should stick to the order, confirmed by order file, drawing & samples
A -Frame should be clean,no marks or inclusions.
B -Frame color should match specification,no color fade, paint peeling or chipping.
(Apply tape test to make sure it does not come off easily)
C -Frame surface should be smooth,no pit marks, dots, scratches or scuffs,
D -No sharp edges.
E -Metal Frame should not have excess soldering or shading fluid.
F -Logo is in a proper place. It does not easily rub off.
G -Frame alignment should be good and symmetrical.
(When laid on a flat surface, both tips and bottom of the front have to touch the surface.Turn it upside down and repeat the same)
H -Lens should be affixed properly,no gaps, loose or lens popping out.
(Left and Right lens color should be the same)
I -Frame markings should match specification.
2.1 Acceptance level for different parts

Frameless style
-Drill holes perpendicular without chips, cracks, etc (drawing 1s)
-Screw in proper length (no exceed 0.5mm)
-A poly washer should be installed in between lens and screw
-Mounting is secure, not too tight or loose
