Refund policy

Need to return, replace, or exchange an item? Please contact us at info@jingswear.com and include your order number and the reason for the request.

We want you to be delighted with your order so if for any reason you are unhappy with your items, you can return them in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 14 days for a full replacement or a full refund.  Return postage will only be refunded if the item is damaged, faulty, or if the wrong items have been sent. When returning undamaged ordered items a return carriage fee will be charged. We do not accept responsibility for damaged or lost parcels on return, so it is advisable to obtain a postal receipt, or send the goods back via recorded delivery.

I.RETURNS

customers may return new, unused, and unworn item within 14 days of ordering for a full refund.

*Customers returning items will be required to pay for the return freight.

How to return

Please email to  info@jingswear.com  to request a return, stating your order No. You will get a reply within 24 hours generally. And you are requested to send the package via qualified carrier to designated warehouse.

 

II. Refund

Customer service will process a refund upon the receipt of returns.

Refund will be processed within 7 working days after the receipt and validation of return. Please check your account then.

III.Exchanges

Need a different size or item?

If you’d like to exchange your new, unused and unworn item for a different product or different size, please return the item within 14 days of delivery. We will issue you a full refund and you can then place a new order.

*Customers requesting an exchange will be required to pay both the return freight and the freight for the new shipment.

IV.INCORRECT AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at  info@jingswear.com  so we can correct the issue.
