1. What is the difference between JINGS wholesale business and retail business?

Surely, JINGS offers better and more favorable price to wholesales.
We create flexible wholesale cooperation mode. What you need to do is to register a wholesale account, contact us to get the exclusive wholesale discount code, and fill in the necessary information. Then you will become our wholesale member.

Almost no difference from online shopping.



2. Does it support free sampling?

For the first cooperation, we do not support free sampling. If you have concerns about product quality, it is sugguested to buy a sample before bulk purchase. If the following purchase in a single transaction exceeds US$1000, we will refund the initial sample fee.

For customers having a long-term cooperative relationship with JINGS, we may offer free samples.

3.Whether to Provide Customization Services?

Yes, most of our products support customization. You may provide us with your requirements or your samples.

There is a requirement of minimum quantity order of 600pcs for a customized product.

4.How Long is the Lead Time?

For low order quantity, we will arrange shipping from our local warehouse, parcels will be delivered in 5-10 days.

For customization order, further negotiation is needed.
